This is a hands-on, individual contributor role and will work directly with leadership, balancing deep financial execution with the influence to challenge and guide business decisions.\nWhat you'll be doing:\nLead budgeting, forecasting, planning, and reporting, aligned with enterprise methodology and systems.\nPrepare and present monthly and quarterly business and financial reviews (MBR, MFR, QBR, QFR) to leadership and executives.\nPartner with leadership to evaluate performance, identify risks and opportunities, and support business decisions.\nPush back constructively and tell the story behind the numbers to gain operational buy-in.\nBuild financial models, scenario analyses, and business cases for investments, proposals, and pricing.\nEstablish accountability for forecast accuracy and budget management through disciplined review.\nIntroduce and improve planning processes, reporting tools, and data quality in collaboration with Finance, Accounting, and Operations.\nLearn and use Adaptive, Workday, and Office Connect.\nWhat you bring:\nBachelor's degree in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.\n Preferred: MBA; CPA, CMA, FP&A, or other relevant accounting credential.\nFluent in both English and French (native-level in both French and English), written and spoken is a must.\nBased in Quebec and able to work on-site at the Laval office at least 3 days per week.\n7-10 years of relevant finance experience.
