Remote role with occasional travel (up to 10%), primarily for quarterly team gatherings in Portland.\nResponsibilities\nProgram Administration\nGeneral administration: day-to-day support including data entry and meeting prep.\n\nDocument management: organize and maintain participation records, reports, and process guides across SharePoint and other systems.\n\nFile and data cleanup: review records for accuracy, correct errors, remove duplicates, standardize naming/filing.\n\nSystems support: test new features before rollout, support requirements gathering, assist with data QC, develop training tools and guides.\n\nContinuous improvement: research customers, contractors, incentives, and program requirements; summarize findings for the team.\n\nSpecial projects: support initiatives like process redesigns, operational improvements, and reporting tools.\n\nPhysical mailing: prepare and send physical mailings of program documents and HEA reports for customers without email access.\n\nProgram Navigation Support\nSupport customer and contractor communications via calls and email; guide participants through enrollment, participation, and follow-up.\n\nCall center coordination: help field and route inbound calls and ensure inquiries are logged and directed appropriately.\n\nHelp customers navigate eligibility, documentation, and application/project status.\n\nCoordinate with the program team, contractors, and community partners to keep projects moving.\n\nElevate participant and process challenges to support program development.\n\nQualifications\nStrong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving under deadlines.\n\nStrong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint); Power BI a plus.\n\nStrong writing and reporting skills.\n\nAble to work independently and manage multiple priorities.\n\nStrong communication skills with patient, compassionate phone/email etiquette.\n\nExperience with customer service or program navigation (application, enrollment, or intake support).\n\n2-5 years in nonprofit, residential contracting, community organizing, environmental advocacy, or similar fields.\n\nBilingual Spanish a plus.\n\nTarget Compensation: $49K-$55K\nDOT Requirements\nIf applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations.\nCompensation Range\n$48,800.00 - $66,300.00Currency\nUSDType\nSalaryAny offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.\nCLEAResult will not provide sponsorship or support for immigration status or work authorization including for international students.
