This role focuses on building relationships, conducting customer outreach, identifying and resolving participation barriers, and ensuring participants receive the support needed to successfully navigate the program. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, customer-focused, and passionate about helping people access valuable services and opportunities.\nEssential Responsibilities\nServe as the primary point of contact for program participants.\nConduct proactive outreach through phone and email to encourage participation and maintain engagement.\nGuide participants through program requirements and processes.\nIdentify barriers to participation and provide solutions, resources, and support to help customers succeed.\nTrack participant progress through multiple stages of the program and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding items.\nMaintain accurate participant records and program data using Excel and other tracking systems.\nProvide exceptional customer service while building trust and positive relationships with participants.\nMonitor deadlines, documentation, and participant status to ensure smooth progression through the program.\nCollaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and resolve issues.\nRecommend process improvements and share innovative ideas to enhance participant experience and program performance.\nQualifications\nStrong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.\nDemonstrated empathy, patience, and a desire to help others succeed.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and data tracking.\nExcellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and maintain consistent follow-up.\nStrong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.\nComfortable communicating with customers by phone and handling a high volume of outreach.\nAbility to work independently while maintaining accountability for results.\nPreferred Traits\nHighly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.\nSelf-motivated with strong follow-through.\nSupportive and encouraging communication style.\nComfortable working with diverse populations and underserved communities.\nCreative thinker who can identify solutions and process improvements.\nPassion for helping customers overcome obstacles and achieve success.\nPayment processing.\nData entry, gathering and tracking data, and assuring data quality.\nExporting predesigned reports.\nStaff meetings and other program support.\nDOT Requirements\nIf applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations.\nCompensation Range\n$17.75 - $25.05Currency\nUSDType\nHourlyAny offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.\nCLEAResult will not provide sponsorship or support for immigration status or work authorization including for international students.
