As a member of the team, you will assist training new staff, adding value in client interactions, and helping resolve escalations. A great fit for someone with a trades or construction background looking to move from the field into operations.\nLocation: Anywhere in Saskatchewan.\nWhat you’ll be doing:\nQuality Assurance / Quality Control\nConduct or coordinate QA/QC reviews of field work against program, safety, and building science standards.\nDocument findings, follow up on corrective actions, and improve QA/QC processes.\nWork Orders & Operations\nProcess, track, and maintain work orders, and flag bottlenecks or delays.\nSupport reporting, file management, and operational administration, including transitions to new systems.\nCoordinate field visit logistics with communities and subcontractors.\nEscalations & Client Engagement\nBe a point of contact for sensitive subcontractor or community escalations, including outreach and follow-up required by external bodies.\nJoin client interactions, answer day-to-day questions, and support the Program Manager when unavailable.\nField & Community Engagement\nTravel a few days per month to Northern First Nation and Métis communities to support and oversee on-site work.\nBuild respectful, collaborative relationships with community members, leadership, and housing authorities.\nWhat you bring:\nRequired:\n5 years of experience in construction, trades, residential energy efficiency, or program operations.\nExcel and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently.\nProven ability to produce accurate, complex reports that meet contract terms.\nExperience using or developing tools, trackers, and calculators for program staff, clients, and contractors.\nWorking knowledge of residential building science, home construction, and/or energy efficiency retrofits.\nComfort handling sensitive escalations and communicating directly with contractors, participants, and stakeholders.\nStrong organizational skills to manage multiple work orders, schedules, and priorities.\nValid driver’s license, clean driving record, and willingness to travel up to ~20%, including overnight.\nStrong communication skills and the ability to train and support others.\nNice to have:\nExperience with subcontractor administration, such as crew schedules, work assignment records, performance tracking, and onboarding paperwork.\nBackground as a tradesperson (carpentry, general construction, HVAC, or similar) moving into operations.\nBuilding science credential (e.g., BPI), or willingness to obtain one.\nExperience working with Indigenous communities or organizations, including Northern and remote First Nation and Métis contexts.\nEducation or certification in construction, building science, or engineering.\nAbility to apply industry trends to program design and improvement.\nTargeted Compensation:\n$32-$35/h (equivalent to approximately $66,560-$72,800 annually based on a 40-hour work week)\nCanadian Commercial Driving Requirements\nIf applicable, meet all qualification, licensing, medical, and compliance requirements for commercial drivers under applicable provincial and territorial laws, the Canadian National Safety Code (NSC), and any federal regulations for extra-provincial operations, including hours-of-service and safety fitness requirements.\nCompensation Range\n$24.80 - $43.20Currency\nCADType\nHourlyAny offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.\nCLEAResult will not provide sponsorship or support for immigration status or work authorization including for international students.
