This role is ideally based within the state of Mississippi and serves as a critical leader responsible for field operations, home energy assessments, contractor engagement, technical oversight, team performance, and program growth. The Senior Field Manager will partner closely with MDA’s State Program Administrator, utility clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure program objectives are delivered safely, efficiently, in accordance with policies and procedures, and with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.\nIn this role, you will provide strategic leadership to field audit and support teams, oversee program operations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that support energy savings acquisition goals.
