These products help clients and program teams understand and optimize the value of their programs. This is an individual contributor role. You’ll run discovery, write PRDs and prototypes, prioritize the backlog, and stay close to delivery. You’ll partner with Data & AI, Software Engineering, Client Delivery and Success, and program leadership to build AI-enabled analytics. Your products will be delivered as part of a larger integrated solution, so you’ll own how they connect to upstream source products, the shared data platform, and the client and internal experiences that use them.\nYou are a great fit if you can…\nDefine a 1-3 year vision and an outcomes-focused roadmap for client and program analytics. Base it on client needs, program priorities, and market trends, and communicate tradeoffs to leadership, clients, and partners.\nOwn secure, multi-tenant client dashboards, value realization reporting, and consistent, branded reporting that scales across clients and reduces manual work.\nShape how AI makes analytics easier to access and act on, including conversational tools (such as Databricks AI/BI Genie and Claude-powered agents) and AI-generated insights.
