You will oversee all hourly and salaried team members and will be responsible for all administrative and leadership functions to ensure a smooth operation.\nKey Responsibilities Include:\nLead day-to-day operations of a team of Ambassadors and Managers that utilize CLEAR technology to perform duties related to airport security, customer service and sales\nBusiness owner for the airport and responsible for driving overall execution to achieve KPIs & metrics\nHire, develop and sustain a diverse team of talent who successfully and consistently deliver on the CLEAR objectives related to security, service, and sales.\nDrive employee engagement and foster an environment where team members are accountable for delivering exceptional security and customer service experiences while continuously sharing the CLEAR story\nPerformance manage salaried and hourly team members by evaluating performance on an ongoing basis with the ability to have tough conversations\nBuild stakeholder relationships with TSA, airline and airport partners; support needs &/or inquiries in a timely manner, escalating to a higher level as necessary\nManage labor to ensure highest utility, and oversight of payroll and scheduling\nSpend at least 80% of time on the floor in a customer-facing environment at the airport\nIdeal candidates will have:\nAt least 6 years of leadership experience in a high volume, fast-paced, and customer-facing environment (i.e. retail, restaurants, hospitality, rental cars).\nYou are self-motivated, positive and possess a passion for fostering a great sense of teamwork\nPrior experience managing both salaried and hourly employees is a must\nYou have high standards, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and are committed to training, mentoring, and motivating your team. \nExcellent leadership and organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities and influence others in an ever-changing environment.\nYou are indefatigable in achieving your individual and team goals and want to grow and develop in your career.\nExperience reviewing and reporting on KPIs on a regular basis.\nAbility to follow policies and procedures set forth by CLEAR, airport, state and federal regulations\nAvailability to work a non-traditional schedule (i.e. weekends, holidays, early mornings, and/or evenings)\nRequired to successfully complete a government background investigation\nThe base salary range for this role is $100,000 - $122,500 / year depending on level of skills and experience. \nThis range represents the combined base salary and incentive compensation consistent with our current compensation program for this position at CLEAR. Actual compensation will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, location, education, skills, experience, and performance.
