Youll collaborate across engineering product and customer success leveraging your technical savvy and client relationship skills to drive adoption satisfaction and innovation.\nKey Responsibilities Act as the primary day-to-day contact for enterprise clients expertly managing all technical and operational touchpoints.\n Lead client onboarding solution implementation and troubleshootingfacilitating smooth integration with ClearGrids AI-driven platforms and APIs.\n Understand clients technical requirements mapping them to ClearGrids capabilities to ensure maximum value realization.\n Partner with engineering and product teams to resolve complex integration issues relay feature requests and provide actionable client feedback.\n Develop comprehensive product and integration documentation tailored to internal and client-facing needs.\n Proactively monitor account health usage and performanceidentifying opportunities for clients to adopt new solutions and features.\n Help shape customer success strategies improving processes as our fast-growth startup evolves.\n Represent the clients voice internally influencing the product roadmap and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.\n Occasionally travel to client sites for launches quarterly business reviews or technical workshops as needed.\nRequirements Technical Account Management Communication & Problem Solving 3 years in a technical account management solutions engineering or client success rolepreferably at SaaS fintech or data-driven startups.\nFluency in both English and Arabic a must. \n Demonstrated technical proficiency: youre comfortable discussing APIs data structures solution architecture and troubleshooting with client tech teams.\n Exceptional communication and presentation skills; you can distill complex technical topics for diverse audiences and manage executive-level relationships.\n Proactive empathetic and highly organizedyou anticipate client needs and act as a committed partner at every stage.\n Comfortable with cloud platforms web APIs and modern analytics tools;
