Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.\nWhy This Role Exists\nOur customers are Fortune 500s and global brands operating inside complex, highly regulated security environments. They need someone who can:\nUnderstand real security workflows across threat modeling, privacy, and vendor risk\n\nIntegrate Clearly AI into those workflows alongside Jira, ServiceNow, Confluence, and GitHub\n\nDrive disciplined implementation from contract to production\n\nTranslate deployment friction into shipped product improvements\n\nThis role exists to ensure customers deploy Clearly AI deeply, correctly, and measurably.\nWhat You’ll Own\n1. Technical Deployment & Production Adoption\nLead end-to-end onboarding from signed contract → operational production usage\n\nIntegrate Clearly AI into enterprise systems (Jira, ServiceNow, Confluence, GitHub, etc.)\n\nConfigure review workflows aligned to each customer’s security processes\n\nDrive implementation timelines and ensure milestones are met\n\nMove customers from pilot → embedded operational usage\n\n2. Implementation Project Management\nRun structured weekly and monthly customer syncs\n\nMaintain clear agendas, owners, and next steps\n\nTrack blockers and technical dependencies\n\nCoordinate closely with engineering on integration requirements\n\nEnsure nothing drifts between calls\n\n3. Security Workflow Optimization\nOperate inside real threat modeling, DPIA, and vendor risk workflows\n\nIdentify automation opportunities within existing processes\n\nHelp reduce review cycle time and operational backlog\n\nEnsure product usage maps to measurable security outcomes\n\n4. Product Feedback & Engineering Collaboration\nConduct structured deployment reviews\n\nTranslate workflow friction into actionable feature requests\n\nLog and manage feedback clearly in Linear\n\nCollaborate directly with engineering on requirements and edge cases\n\nClose the loop with customers when improvements ship\n\n5.
