This is an opportunity for you to build the organisation from the ground up, use your voice to drive change and help transform organisations and problem domains.\nJob Role\nDesign and build the scalable service and API layer that powers an automated code modernisation and migration platform, enabling large-scale analysis, transformation, and orchestration of legacy systems.\nKey Responsibilities:\nBuild and maintain scalable Python microservices and APIs that support and wrap agentic workflows\n\nBuild and interact with MCP services and tools\n\nEnsure backend services are robust, well-tested, and production-ready\n\nContribute to agentic architecture discussions\n\nRequired Skills & Experience:\nStrong Python engineering - clean, testable, production-grade code\n\nExperience building microservices and RESTful APIs\n\nGood understanding of software design principles and systems thinking\n\nA genuine interest in GenAI and agentic systems\n\nHands-on exposure to LLMs, agentic frameworks, or prompt engineering\n\nExperience with MCP or agent tool-serving patterns\n\nWorking knowledge of Git workflow automation or experience with GitHub/GitLab APIs\n\nStrong Advantage:\nUnderstanding of how agents consume and interact with external tools and services\n\nSome exposure to frontend development or UI frameworks (React, Vue or similar)\n\nComfortable working in a container-native environment (Kubernetes, Docker)\n\nWhat We Value\nWe recognise talent comes in many forms.
