This is an opportunity for you to build the organisation from the ground up, use your voice to drive change and help transform organisations and problem domains.\nRole:\nFull-stack developers with a strong front-end focus, responsible for building the control plane and the golden-path tooling engineers use to ship. This is an AI-enabled role: you'll work agentic first, using an agentic harness (Claude or similar) to drive implementation, not as an occasional assist. You're as comfortable orchestrating agents to generate, validate, and test code as you are writing it yourself. The role pairs modern front-end development (React) with working knowledge of Python services and APIs.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDevelop and maintain front-end components using React for the control plane and audit/compliance/cost views.\n\nBuild responsive, scalable, high-quality UI features for self-service data exploration and platform interaction.\n\nDrive implementation through an agentic harness: prompt, steer, and validate agent-generated code rather than hand-cranking it.\n\nContribute to backend development (Python/FastAPI) where required.\n\nBuild templated archetypes and golden-path kits that accelerate onboarding and development for other teams.\n\nCollaborate with UX/UI to ensure accurate implementation of designs.\n\nEnsure performance, security, and maintainability, with a testing-first mindset.\n\nRequired Experience:\nStrong experience with React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.\n\n6+ months hands-on with agentic editors (Claude, etc.) and a clear understanding of agent risks and mitigation.\n\nExperience building web applications with API integrations.\n\nWorking knowledge of Python (FastAPI a plus) for backend/API development.\n\nFamiliarity with REST APIs and microservices architecture.\n\nStrong focus on acceptance testing and architecture testing (unit tests enforcing standards: line limits, design patterns, imports.)\n\nExperience with version control and CI/CD practices.\n\nProactive communicator who unblocks themselves and collaborates across a matrix organisation (no quiet handle-crankers.)\n\nDesirable Experience:\nExperience integrating AI/ML services (LLM APIs, embeddings, agent frameworks)\n\nAWS native development and deployment experience\n\nPolicy-as-code expertise\n\nSnowflake or data-product experience (producing and consuming)\n\nData visualisation libraries (charts, dashboards)\n\nAuthentication and RBAC implementation\n\nExperience building developer platforms, golden paths, or internal tooling\n\nWorking at ClearRoute:\nWe have grown from six founders to 180+ people across five countries in three years, and what sets us apart isn't the pace, it's how we grow.\nReal flexibility, in practice.
