This is an opportunity for you to build the organisation from the ground up, use your voice to drive change and help transform organisations and problem domains.\nRole:\nAt ClearRoute we are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team who has the ability to quickly get up to speed in new environments and technologies; someone who is a proactive, hands-on engineer. In the role the engineer will be designing and implementing a modern path to production, leveraging crossplane to deliver ephemeral environments and rapid route to live.\nThe role is a hybrid role, with one day a week on client site in Horsham and one day a week in our London office.\nKey Responsibilities:\nBuild and own end-to-end delivery pipelines, from development through to production\n\nConfigure the platform for container-based applications running on Kubernetes\n\nDemonstrate and walk through the path to production with platform engineers and developers, helping them adopt it confidently\n\nGet up to speed quickly in a new environment and technology stack, contributing hands-on from early in the engagement\n\nRequired Skills & Experience\nSenior-level engineering experience in a hands-on delivery role\n\nStrong, essential experience with Kubernetes, Argo CD and GitHub Actions\n\nSolid background in CI/CD and building end-to-end delivery pipelines into production\n\nA proactive approach, taking ownership of tasks and outputs without waiting to be asked\n\nComfortable explaining technical work clearly to both platform engineers and developers\n\nWorking at ClearRoute\nWe have grown from six founders to 180+ people across five countries in three years, and what sets us apart isn't the pace, it's how we grow.\nReal flexibility, in practice.
