You'll be navigating across services, platforms, and teams to make sure quality is built in at every step.\nWhat You Will Bring\nA strong background in platform or software engineering, with proven experience designing, building, and maintaining scalable developer centric platforms (e.g., CI/CD pipelines, IaC with Terraform, developer workflows, and observability solutions).\n\nProven ability to design, build, and maintain infrastructure and tools.\n\nSkilled at implementing best practices in observability, platform reliability, and cost optimisation.\n\nA security conscious approach to platform engineering, with experience in security management practices such as vulnerability management, policy enforcement, and embedding security into platform design.\n\nFamiliarity with tools and technologies such as AWS, Terraform, Bitbucket, Git, and Python/Java.\n\nWorking knowledge of security scanning and code quality tooling such as Snyk or SonarQube.\n\nExperience with identity, secrets, and certificate management platforms such as Okta, HashiCorp Vault, or Venafi.\n\nA strategic mindset, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to establish frameworks for defining, tracking, and reporting on business impact.\n\nExperience collaborating across diverse teams and business units to align platform engineering efforts with a variety of tech stacks and strategic business goals.\n\nWhat Makes You Stand Out\nPrevious experience working within a fast-paced, client-facing consulting role.\n\nDemonstrable experience navigating the complexities of large-scale enterprise environments.\n\nWorking at ClearRoute\nWe have grown from six founders to 180+ people across five countries in three years, and what sets us apart isn't the pace, it's how we grow.\nReal flexibility, in practice.
