As a part of the Global Targeting team, you will play a key role in monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of our Targeting strategy for our users, playing a key part in the formulation, execution and analysis of our experiments, and providing recommendations to drive improvements that drive a better experience for our users.\nWhat you will be doing:\nCollaborate closely with your Targeting squad members, providing insights into the performance of our various user segments.\nDeliver data informed and backed recommendations for improvements to our Targeting strategy.\nConduct detailed analysis of A/B tests to drive better outcomes for our users across user journeys.\nLead in-depth analytics projects, leveraging data to uncover opportunities and address complex business challenges.\nDevelop efficient and effective monitoring and reporting dashboards using SQL, Databricks, and Domo.\nLeverage advanced AI to automate and scale existing and new analytics processes\nSkills we'd love you to have\nSQL, Excel skills and either R or Python.
