safety by adhering to safe work practices, policies, and procedures.\nDeveloping new business opportunities with existing and prospective customers, generating leads, and securing Field Services work such as hazardous waste remediation, tank cleaning, and emergency response.\nCollaborating with internal sales teams and building strong relationships with local branches to maximize revenue and service delivery.\nMeeting quarterly and annual revenue targets while maintaining daily awareness of sales activities and results.\nTracking and managing activities, opportunities, and accounts using CRM tools, leveraging insights to develop strategies and cross-sell services.\nNegotiating pricing and contract terms to secure profitable business.\nServing as the primary contact and problem solver for assigned accounts and new business opportunities.\nAssisting with the collection of invoiced revenue from customers.\nAddressing obstacles promptly and taking decisive action to resolve issues.\nCultivating relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve program goals and position Clearsite as an indispensable partner. \nBase Salary: $75,000-$90,000 + commission\nRequirements\nRequired Qualifications:\n5+ years of B2B sales experience, including account management and business development\nExperience meeting revenue targets or quotas in sales or account management roles\nExperience in Field Services or Industrial Services\nBackground resolving customer issues related to RCRA, DOT, CERCLA, environmental remediation, emergency response, or industrial high-pressure cleaning\nExperience using software to track and manage accounts, opportunities, and sales activities\nValid driver’s license\nAuthorized to work in the United States\nAbility to travel as needed for customer and site visits (mostly day trips)\nPreferred Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in sales or business management\nExperience negotiating pricing and contract terms in a B2B sales context\nExperience in industrial or environmental services\nOSHA/HazWOPER or other relevant safety or field certification\nExperience managing B2B customer relationships in utilities,
