Team members residing within a 45 minute commuting radius of a Clearsulting office, we expect 8 days of in-person work per month, allowing flexibility choosing these days to accommodate client meetings, team syncs and individual schedules. \nTravel Expectations:0-20%\nWhat you'll do\nLead a team of Treasury experts to advise global companies on their Treasury function, including: designing and selecting treasury technology, assessing bank relationships and services, improving liquidity utilization, developing policies and controls, and identifying tech-agnostic, process-improvement recommendations\nDevelop and improve treasury methodologies, templates, accelerators, playbooks, and reusable deliverables.\nOwn engagements or major workstreams from planning through completion, including scope, workplans, staffing, milestones, budgets, dependencies, risks, governance and change requests\nBuild trusted relationships with treasury, finance, accounting, tax, IT, procurement, and business leaders and serve as the primary day-to-day contact for client stakeholders.\nDevelop executive-level presentations that translate complex issues into clear recommendations across processes, systems, and people\nUtilize cutting-edge tools, software, and AI to analyze large datasets and translate findings into future-state processes, operating models, business cases, implementation roadmaps, requirements, and executive recommendations.\nSet clear expectations and delegate work based on team members’ skills and development goals and review work products and ensure client-ready quality.\nSupport proposal development, scoping, resource estimates, pricing inputs, presentations, and solution demonstrations.\nWhat You'll Bring:\n5+ years of relevant experience working in consulting, treasury advisory, corporate treasury, or finance transformation\n3+ years of relevant experience advising on bank relationship management, banking RFPs, banking services, price negotiations and bank account rationalizations\n2+ years of relevant experience with treasury transformations, vendor selections, and/or TMS implementations, such as: Kyriba, GTreasury, FIS Integrity/Quantum, SAP TRM, etc.\n1+ year of experience supervising, coaching, or reviewing the work of other professionals.\nStrong understanding of treasury best practices across bank relationship management, cash and liquidity forecasting, FX, debt capital markets, accounting and reconciliation, and/or system optimizations\nKnowledge of various treasury instruments, financial institution services, and financial products\nStrong project management experience including workplan creation and updates, milestone tracking, risk management, status updates, change management, engagement economics (profitability), and communications\nNice-to-Haves:\nBachelor’s degree from an accredited university\nCertified Treasury Professional (CTP)\nPrior client-facing consulting experience\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills; can clearly convey complex business concepts to internal and external project stakeholders\nEffective organizational skills and ability to manage multiple and competing priorities\nBenefits that Benefit You:\nWe want to cultivate a thriving culture and company-and we know that your health and well-being matter. We are committed to ensuring our offers reflect the value each candidate brings to the role. Final salary placement will be based on upon several factors, including, level of expertise, relevant work experience, technology certifications, educational background, geography and alignment with industry standards.
