Our goal is to inform actionable recommendations that allow companies to achieve their business objectives. \nClearView’s Data & Analytics practice is looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Data Analysts to accelerate the continued growth of our capabilities. Members of the data team work closely with the consulting staff and senior leadership to solve complex and unique problems in the life sciences. The data analysts will leverage common tools (i.e., SAS, SQL, R, and Python), large data sets, and creativity to build models and processes to support ClearView’s clients.\nResponsibilities: \nAs a Data Analyst, you will interact with internal and external teams to address critical strategic questions within the biopharmaceutical space. During the course of a typical project, you will: \nCollect, clean, mine, and analyze data. \nServe as a knowledge resource for the consulting staff regarding statistics, machine learning, and life sciences data. \nDesign and create advanced models to drive analytically driven strategy projects. \nInnovate project approaches and identify new life sciences problems to solve with analytics. \nAid in team building by making code scalable through templates, macros, or interfaces. \nClearly communicate analytical techniques and findings from analyses in a non-technical manner. \nWork in a high-performance, strongly collegial, and collaborative environment. \nRequirements \nThe successful candidate for the Data Analyst role must have the following skills and experience: \nBachelor’s degree or above in Statistics, Mathematics, Machine Learning, Physics, or a related field. \nRelevant experience of 1-3 years working on insurance claims and EHR databases - IQVIA (LAAD), Komodo (Sentinel), Forian, Compile and others. \nExperience with large data manipulation in SAS or SQL interfaces. \nExperience with life science APIs & public datasets (e.g., PubMed, OpenTrials, CMS, CDC, etc.). \nExperience in at least one of the following areas: \nExcel modeling (using a spreadsheet to make quantitative predictions based on a series of underlying assumptions). \nCommon machine learning models (e.g., neural networks, support vector machines, decision trees). \nAdvanced regression models (e.g., Bayesian, hierarchical, non-linear). \nUnsupervised learning. \nAdvanced time series. \nDetail-oriented with the ability to dive deep into business processes, data, and analytics. \nIndependent, creative, and driven quantitative thinker.\nRole is based out of our Gurgaon, India office. \nWhat We Value\nWe recognize that not every candidate will meet every qualification listed.
