You will be mentored directly by ClearView managers, who have a wealth of experience in life sciences consulting. In addition, you will be exposed to a wide variety of business issues ranging from new product planning and business development to pricing & market access, launch, product commercialization, etc.\nAs an entry-level Consultant you should expect to:\nAddress critical strategic questions within the biopharmaceutical space\nWork across a variety of our practice areas learning the full breadth of life sciences strategy consulting\nConduct complex problem-solving through a hypothesis-based approach\nCreate templated outputs to support overall project deliverable\nConduct a straightforward project or workstream with moderate oversight\nCreate and utilize analytic tools (e.g., forecast models) to support key decision-making\nCommunicate recommendations to clients to inform strategy and maximize value\nQualifications\nThis position requires a PhD in life sciences or an M.D. for consideration\nYou must be available to start in the role in February, June, July, or August 2027\nAbility to independently manage activities across multiple workstreams (e.g., storylines, ghosting documents, data gathering, etc.), and able to provide thought partnership for more ambiguous or complex projects\nStrong written and oral communication skills\nEnthusiasm for working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative team environment\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)\nHighly analytical and structured approach to solving complex problems\nHybrid work model100% in office during onboarding and training (5 weeks)\n80% through the end of month 9\n50% following month 9\n\nThe salary range for this position is $125,000 - $135,000 annually.
