This role ensures accurate asset tracking, software license compliance, secure mobile device management, and efficient deployment of technology resources to support business operations. The position works closely with IT support, cybersecurity, procurement, and business stakeholders to maintain accurate records, optimize technology investments, and enforce IT policies. The responsibilities align organizational requirements for maintaining hardware inventories, software licensing controls, and mobile device management.\nWORKING HOURS\nMonday-Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm, based on operational needs\nMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS\nRequired\nAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field.\n3+ years of experience in IT asset management, software licensing, endpoint administration, or a related role.\nExperience with inventory and asset management systems.\nExperience administering Microsoft Intune, Jamf, Workspace ONE, or similar MDM solutions.\nStrong knowledge of Microsoft 365 licensing and software asset management practices.\nProficiency with Excel and reporting tools.\nApplies advanced knowledge of AI tools, systems, and methods to design, implement, and optimize solutions that enhance organizational performance \nPreferred\nIT Asset Management (ITAM) certification.\nMicrosoft Intune or Endpoint Administrator certification.\nExperience with ServiceNow, InvGate, or other ITSM platforms.\nUnderstanding of software audit and compliance processes.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nHardware Asset Management\nMaintain an accurate inventory of all IT hardware, including laptops, desktops, monitors, peripherals, mobile devices, and accessories.\nTrack assets throughout their lifecycle, from procurement and deployment to retirement and disposal.\nConduct periodic audits to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance with organizational policies.\nCoordinate hardware refresh programs and warranty tracking.\nManage asset tagging, documentation, and reporting.\nSoftware License Administration\nAdminister software licensing programs and subscription services.\nMaintain records of software entitlements, renewals, and usage.\nMonitor compliance with software licensing agreements and vendor requirements.\nWork with procurement and finance teams on software purchases and renewals.\nGenerate reports on software utilization and licensing costs to identify optimization opportunities.\nMobile Device Administration\nManage the organization's Mobile Device Management (MDM) platform.\nConfigure, deploy, secure, and support company-issued smartphones, tablets, and other mobile devices.\nAdminister device enrollment, security policies, application deployment, and remote wipe capabilities.\nMonitor compliance with security and data protection standards.\nSupport users with mobile device setup, troubleshooting, and lifecycle replacements.\nProcess and Compliance\nDevelop and maintain asset management procedures and documentation.\nSupport internal and external audits related to IT assets and software licensing.\nEnsure adherence to information security, data protection, and acceptable use policies.\nAdhere to all organizational policies related to information security, privacy, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance, including completion of required training and protection of confidential information \nCollaborate with cybersecurity teams to identify and remediate risks related to hardware, software, and mobile devices.\nReporting and Analytics\nCreate and maintain dashboards and reports related to asset inventory, license utilization, device compliance, and technology costs.\nProvide recommendations for asset optimization, standardization, and cost savings.\nForecast hardware replacement cycles and software renewal requirements.\nKey Competencies\nAttention to detail\nOrganizational and inventory management skills\nVendor and contract management\nCustomer service orientation\nAnalytical and reporting skills\nProcess improvement mindset\nStrong written and verbal communication\nSuccess Measures\n99%+ hardware inventory accuracy\nZero software licensing compliance violations\nMobile device compliance rates above established security thresholds\nReduced technology waste and optimized licensing costs\nTimely deployment and recovery of IT assets\nSupport Clearview’s Commitment to fostering a workplace where every individual feels welcomed, valued, and supported.
