The Systems Administrator I will perform routine administration, monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities under the guidance of senior team members while developing technical expertise across core infrastructure platforms.\nWORKING HOURS\nMonday-Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm, based on operational needs.\nOn-site presence expected for the first 4-6 weeks, followed by a transition to a hybrid schedule. They willbe required to attend onsite meetings monthly in our Moon Township location.\nMust live within a commutable distance to Moon Township, PA.\nMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS\nAssociate or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.\nOne to three years of experience in Windows Systems Administration or related IT infrastructure role.\nFoundational knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server operating systems.\nBasic understanding of Active Directory administration concepts.\nExposure to Microsoft Exchange administration concepts preferred.\nFamiliarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, or similar).\nBasic knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).\nUnderstanding of IT security fundamentals and best practices.\nStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills.\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nMonitor and respond to assigned tickets within the IT work queue.\nPerform routine server administration tasks, including user account management, permissions updates, and system configuration changes.\nAssist in maintaining Active Directory, Group Policy, and related services following established standards and best practices.\nSupport Microsoft Exchange environment administration and user support.\nAssist with enterprise backup solution monitoring and validation of successful backup jobs.\nPerform software installations, updates, and patch management for servers and supported infrastructure systems.\nParticipate in scheduled maintenance activities and preventative maintenance procedures.\nAssist with hardware deployments, upgrades, and decommissioning processes.\nMonitor system performance and escalate issues as needed.\nMaintain accurate technical documentation for systems, procedures, and configurations.\nParticipate in infrastructure projects as assigned.\nProvide support for financial center infrastructure as needed; occasional travel may be required.\nParticipate in on-call rotation after appropriate training.\nAttend required training and meetings to enhance technical knowledge and skills.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nClearview values diversity in its workforce/ We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
