standards to the team by regularly monitoringweekly department metrics that uphold department KPIs.\n\nEvaluates personnel regularly to ensure efficiency in their roles, including reviewing employee anti-patterns, goals, aspirations, strengths, and weaknesses, with input from the division lead.\n\nCollaborates with the division lead to identifyand address performance improvement needs.\n\nContributes to operational targets by participatingin annual external calls under the guidance of the division lead.\n\nCoordinates team and department efforts using a data-driven approach to exceed KPIs.\n\nEngages with the Reconciliation Audit team on a monthly basis, implementing remediation and prevention strategies with oversight from the division lead or Reconciliation Audit Lead.\n\nPractices oversight and quality assurance by monitoring team emails and providingregular feedback to team members on a weekly basis.\n\nEnsures that the team performs daily metrics of timeliness and completeness, driving necessary improvements to mitigate risks or shortcomings.\n\nFosters client success and employee development, seeking mentorship from the Division Lead as needed.\n\nEnsures quality service and operational performance align with client expectations and compliance standards.\n\nParticipates in projects with upper management that align with company goals.\n\nSelects, develops, and evaluates projects annually to improve 1-2 strategic initiatives using Lean Six Sigma practices.\n\nIdentifiesopportunities for improvement within the department, communicates ideas with leadership, and actively works to implement change.\n\nCollaborates with Subject Matter Experts to enhance auto reconciliation processes for troubled or newly implemented accounts.\n\nPerforms reconciliation for 2-3 of CW's markets (Corporate, Insurance, Investment Management, Government).\n\nRecognizes asset managers/custodians as partners and promotes collaboration.\n\nParticipates in cross-departmental projects to implement procedures for large/major clients, ensuring client success and compliance through standard operating models.\n\nProactively seeks automation opportunities with Subject Matter Experts to enhance auto reconciliation processes for accounts handled by the team.\n\nRequired Skills:\nProven ability to analyse information and anticipate outcomes to choose the best solutions.\n\nAbility to motivate and inspire team members, as well as provide them with the guidance and support they need to be successful.\n\nAbility to identifytrends and opportunities, as well as to develop and implement strategies to achieve the team's goals.\n\nBeing able to identifytrends, develop new ideas, and make recommendations that will accounting, or
