Recently in 2025, Clearwater acquired Enfusion, Inc. and Beacon Platform Inc. to further its mission of becoming the world’s most trusted comprehensive investment accounting solution.\nAbout the role\nClearwater is seeking an experienced FP&A Managerto join our global Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)team.\nThe FP&A Managerwill play a crucial role in providing strategic financial planning, analysis, and decision support within a fast-paced SaaS environment. This position involves collaborating cross-functionally to drive growth, optimize financial performance, and ensure sound financial health for the company.\nKey Responsibilities\nFinancial Partnership and Strategy: Serve as the primary finance partner for business unit leadersto understand cost drivers and revenue trends, providestrategic financial input and leadership on issues affecting the organization\n\nPlanning and Analysis: Lead and manage all financial planning and analysis processes for the business, including annual planning, long-range planning, budgeting, and rolling forecasts - while continuously questioning assumptions and stress-testing the model.\n\nReporting and Insights: Own the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reporting and analytics packages. Consolidate and report on business activities, translating complex financial data into clear, concise, and actionable insights for business leaders and executive leadership.\n\nPerformance Management: Perform qualitative financial analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs), apply financial modeling to generate insights into business performance, and advise on the financial impact of operational decisions. Proactively surface issues, spot patterns others miss, and recommend actions to improve financial performance before being asked.\n\nProcess Improvement: Drive continuous improvement, standardization, and simplification of financial processes and reporting. Build scrappy solutions when needed, then scale them - with accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.\n\nCross-Functional Collaboration: Actively participate in cross-functional initiatives to establish robust measurement and monitoring practices. Collaborate closely with IT, Data, and other finance teams to align system capabilities with business goals.\n\nLead and manage a team of junior analysts within the FP&A team.\n\nCollaborate with Accounting to ensure alignment between actuals and forecasts.\n\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.\n\n9+ years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or a related role, with demonstrated expertise in SaaS financial operations.\n\nProven experience building complex financial models, with a strong understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, GRR, churn).\n\nAdvanced proficiency in Excel for financial modeling and analytics, with data visualization and BI skills (e.g., Power BI & Tableau).\n\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with exceptionalattention to detail.\n\nExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey financial information to diverse audiences.\n\nSelf-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.\n\nFamiliarity with ERP systems (e.g., Intacct & NetSuite) and planning tools (e.g., Adaptive Insights) is preferred.\n\nRelevant industry certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA, MBA) are a plus.\n\nSalary Range\n$100,000.00 - $140,000.00This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living).
