transparent manner.\n\nSkillfully troubleshoots and resolves customer issues that may arise during the implementation phase.\n\nManages client and internal stakeholder relationships adeptly throughout the entire implementation process.\n\nProvides valuable consultancy services to clients, ensuring that their goals align with the established project plans and objectives.\n\nIdentifiesand promptly escalates any identified risks and issues to the Project Manager for appropriate action.\n\nApplies acquiredskills, procedures, and best practices in decision-making to successfully complete various tasks.\n\nEarns trust by consistently delivering accurate, timely, and comprehensive responses to routine inquiries, both in written and verbal contexts.\n\nRequired Skills:\nUnderstanding of TVOM, duration, yield, returns, and risk exposures.\n\nIntermediate Technical Skills in Excel (basic formulas and formatting).\n\nKnowledge of investment accounting policies and procedures preferred.\n\nSecurities or financial markets experience, especially involving derivatives, alternatives, structured products, and/or fixed income preferred.\n\nProject management skills preferred.\n\nStrong computer skills, including proficiencyin Microsoft Office.\n\nExcellent attention to detail and strong documentation skills.\n\nOutstanding verbal and written communication skills.\n\nStrong organizational and interpersonal skills.\n\nExceptional problem-solving abilities.\n\nEducation and Experience:\nBachelor's degree in related field.\n\n2+ years of relevant experience.\n\nExperience with relational database principles and SQL
