This role collaborates with clients and internal teams to develop tailored solutions for LPs' investment accounting, performance measurement, compliance monitoring, and reporting needs.\nResponsibilities:\nServe as a subject matter expert on the firm's value proposition for LPs, clearly communicating benefits and capabilities to clients.\nLead client onboarding using established methodologies, ensuring solutions align with client needs and internal processes.\nProvide training and ongoing support to LP clients on available services and reporting tools.\nOwn project workstreams end-to-end, communicating status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and escalating for timely resolution.\nTroubleshoot and resolve client issues during onboarding and service delivery, applying sound judgment to non-routine problems.\nManage day-to-day relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, building trust through accurate, responsive communication.\nIdentify opportunities for process improvement and help implement enhancements within the team.\nShare expertise with colleagues through informal mentorship or occasional training sessions.\nRequired Skills:\nSolid knowledge of investment accounting principles, with familiarity with LP structures.\nWorking understanding of investment performance metrics, risk exposure, and valuation methodologies.\nFamiliarity with alternative investments, private equity, or accounting/audit practices is a plus.\nUnderstanding of financial markets, including alternatives, derivatives, structured products, and fixed income.\nExperience with relational databases and SQL querying preferred.\nStrong project management skills; able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.\nProficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong attention to detail.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nStrong organizational and interpersonal skills; works well cross-functionally.\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.\nEducation and Experience:\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.\n3-8 years of relevant experience in alternative investments, private equity, or LP relationships.\nBoise Salary Range: $62,000 - $85,000 DOE\nThis is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
