You will play a key role in improving developer experience, strengthening platform security, and driving engineering excellence.\nSPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES \nDesign, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure using infrastructure-as-code practices across multiple environments.\nOperate and scale containerized application platforms, ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability.\nBuild and enhance CI/CD pipelines to enable consistent, automated build, test, and deployment workflows.\nImprove developer experience by standardizing deployment patterns, environments, and tooling.\nImplement and enforce security best practices across infrastructure and delivery pipelines, including secrets management and access control.\nManage cloud networking and application access patterns, ensuring secure and optimized traffic flow.\nContribute to observability and reliability engineering, including monitoring, logging, tracing, and incident response improvements.\nCollaborate with application teams to ensure smooth delivery and operational excellence across services.\nPromote platform standardization, automation, and governance across environments.\n\nEXPERIENCE REQUIRED \n4-6 years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, or Cloud Engineering\nStrong hands-on experience with cloud platforms and core infrastructure concepts\nExperience managing containerized environments in production\nProficiency in infrastructure as code\nQUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, & KNOWLEDGE \nSolid understanding of CI/CD principles and pipeline design\nExperience with scripting or automation (e.g., Python, Bash, or similar)\nGood understanding of - Cloud networking concepts, Identity and access management, Secure application delivery practices\nExperience with platform scalability and multi-environment setups\nExposure to security and compliance practices in cloud environments\nFamiliarity with policy enforcement and governance models\nUnderstanding of modern application architectures (microservices, APIs, event-driven systems) · Experience supporting developer platforms or internal tooling\n\nPROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT EXPECTATIONS \nThe base salary range for this role is $27,000-$37,000. Base salary is part of our total rewards package which also includes the opportunity for merit-based salary increases, eligibility for our 401(k) plan, medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurances and leaves provided in line with your work state. Our robust time-off policy includes flexible paid time off, 11 paid holidays, and paid sick time.
