You’ll manage purchasing, inventory, warehouse flow, invoice processing, and operational support to help ensure every installation team has what they need, when they need it.\nSuccess in this role requires someone who can think ahead, solve problems fast, communicate clearly, and stay accurate in a fast-paced environment. Strong computer skills are essential, since much of the role involves tracking orders, managing spreadsheets, processing documentation, and keeping information organized across multiple systems.\nWhat You’ll Do\nPurchasing & Materials Coordination\nReview sales work orders and identify all materials needed for upcoming jobs\nCreate and submit purchase orders to vendors\nTrack orders and shipments from purchase to warehouse delivery\nCommunicate with suppliers to confirm availability, lead times, and delivery schedules\nCoordinate with Accounting for purchase approvals\nResolve order issues, shortages, damaged materials, and delivery delays quickly\nInventory & Warehouse Support\nMonitor inventory levels and help prevent shortages or overstock\nPlan material needs based on installation schedules\nProcess pick tickets and ensure installers are fully staged for the day\nManage returns, claims, and defective material reporting\nHelp keep the warehouse organized, safe, and efficient\nInvoicing & Administrative Support\nTrack purchasing and project-related expenses\nReconcile weekly operational reports\nSupport meetings, reporting, and cross-functional communication as needed\nWhat We’re Looking For\nRequired Qualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\n2-3 years of experience in purchasing, inventory control, warehouse operations, or a similar coordination role\nStrong computer skills, including confidence using spreadsheets, email, digital documents, and multiple systems throughout the day\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills\nStrong attention to detail and follow-through\nExcellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills\nAbility to prioritize tasks and stay accurate in a fast-moving environment\nAbility to lift and move up to 50 pounds\nRequired Schedule: 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday through Friday\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with inventory or purchasing software\nForklift experience\nBackground in construction, remodeling, or home improvement\nExperience in high-volume purchasing or materials coordination\nReporting and data tracking experience\nWhy Join Clearwater Shower Bath\nJoin a growing company with real opportunity for advancement\nBe part of a team that values accountability, speed, and quality\nPlay a direct role in keeping projects on schedule and customers happy\nFull-time, year-round position in a stable industry\nHealth and dental insurance after 60 days\nJoin Our Team\nIf you’re organized, reliable, and comfortable using technology to keep operations running efficiently, we’d love to hear from you.
