Apply to connect with a Talent Acquisition Partner who can provide you more details!\nWe are seeking a Temporary IFS Cloud Migration Tech Lead to join our Corporate IT Team and work remotely. \nThis position requires an experienced IFS/ERP professional who can quickly step into an active implementation and provide technical leadership through go-live and post-go-live stabilization. The Tech Lead will own the day-to-day technical direction and tasking of a 7-person team (5 System Analysts, 1 Data Analyst, and 1 System Admin) through go-live and post-go-live stabilization.\nJob Location: Remote\nDepartment: Information Technology \nReports to: VP of Information Technology\nThis role is not eligible for visa sponsorship. All applicants must possess the legal right to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.\nKey Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day technical execution of the IFS Cloud migration, including tasking and coordinating a 7-person team (System Analysts, Data Analyst, and System Admin) through go-live and post-go-live stabilization.\nLead technical coordination for integration testing, system validation, and cutover planning in preparation for the December go-live milestone.\n\nIdentify, escalate, and help resolve technical risks and blockers to keep the project on track and on schedule.\n\nCollaborate with the Project Manager, IT Directors, and business stakeholders to align technical execution with project milestones and business requirements.\n\nCoordinate with third-party vendors and IFS partners to ensure timely delivery of dependencies and resolution of technical issues.\n\nSupport go-live readiness activities including UAT coordination, system validation, and hypercare planning and execution.\n\nDocument key technical decisions, configurations, and migration processes to ensure knowledge continuity beyond the engagement.\n\nQualifications\nEducation\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred.\nExperience\nIFS experience is required, with strong preference for hands-on IFS Cloud experience. Experience with IFS Apps 10 and/or an Apps 10-to-Cloud migration is highly preferred.\n\n7–8+ years of ERP experience with at least 1 year leading a large ERP project\n\nSomeone who can own day-to-day technical direction and tasking of a 7-person team through go-live\n\nStrong communication and collaboration skills; this person will work directly with IT leadership and business stakeholders\n\nManufacturing experience is a plus \n\nWho is Cleaver-Brooks:Cleaver-Brooks is the market leader in providing fully integrated boiler and burner systems.
