We believe in working hard so we can learn quickly and get better.\nThe Role\nOur Go-To-Market engine is growing, and we’re looking for someone to take ownership of our Revenue Operations. Joining a lean, fast moving team, you’ll have full scope to assess our current setup, identify friction, and level up our revenue operations.\nYou won’t just be maintaining legacy systems or running routine updates - you’ll have the opportunity to build the infrastructure that directly scales our revenue.\nThis is a full time hybrid role, with at least 3 days a week in our London office.\nWhat You’ll Do\nAssess and Fix Bottlenecks: Analyze our end-to-end GTM processes, spot inefficiencies, and design solutions that help our Sales team move faster.\nBuild and Innovate: Bring fresh ideas such as new tools, AI and best practices from previous roles.
