The Role

As one of the first members of our Operations team, you’ll work closely with the Head of Support & Operations to run and iterate the processes that power Cledara’s platform. Your work will directly impact our customers and product, and you’ll play a key role in shaping how operations evolve.

You will be responsible for:

• Executing exception handling and daily workflows for Cledara’s customer invoice matching process.
• Managing routine merchant classification and data enrichment with high accuracy.
• Supporting customer payment, reconciliation, and reward payout processes on a recurring basis.
• Operating manual fallbacks for automated product features to keep customer experiences seamless.
• Identifying recurring patterns or friction points in manual workflows and collaborating with the Product team to implement operational improvements.

Requirements

• Fluent written and spoken English.
• High attention to detail and satisfaction in running daily, structured operational processes.
• A proactive, can-do attitude with the discipline to maintain quality across routine tasks.
• Eagerness to learn new tools and systems (especially modern Product and Operations platforms).
• Strong problem-solving instincts; able to follow established protocols while thinking critically when an edge case pops up.
• Passion for technology startups and curiosity about the SaaS industry.
• Ability to work from our Barcelona office 3 days per week.

Salary range - €24,000-€26,000
