As an Implementation Engineer II, you'll independently deliver integration solutions, troubleshoot technical issues, contribute to ERP and API integrations, and build the expertise needed for a Senior Implementation Engineer role.\nWhat You'll Do\nEDI & Integration\nImplement EDI solutions using ANSI X12 and EDIFACT standards.\nConfigure and troubleshoot communication protocols (AS2, SFTP, VAN, APIs).\nDevelop and maintain ERP integrations and business process workflows.\nData Mapping & APIs\nBuild medium-complexity data mappings, Business Process Sequences (BPS), and integration flows.\nImplement REST/SOAP APIs with OAuth, authentication, encryption, and API security.\nSupport UAT, resolve mapping issues, and optimize integration performance.\nDelivery & Documentation \nTroubleshoot integration issues independently and escalate complex problems when required.\nDocument integration designs, configurations, and implementation processes.\n\nFollow implementation, quality, and security best practices.\nWhat You Bring Required\nTechnical Skills\nStrong understanding of ANSI X12, EDIFACT, and B2B integration concepts.\nExperience configuring AS2, SFTP, VAN, REST/SOAP APIs, and authentication methods.\nHands-on experience with Business Process Sequences (BPS), data mapping, and ERP integrations (SAP preferred).\nWorking knowledge of API security, OAuth, performance optimization, and troubleshooting.\nEducation & Experience\nB.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\n\n2-4 years of experience in EDI, B2B integration, or middleware implementation.\nProven ability to deliver integration projects independently.\nPreferred\nExperience with multiple ERP platforms (SAP, NetSuite, D365, Acumatica).\nFamiliarity with Cleo Integration Cloud (CIC) or B2B platforms such as Sterling, Gentran, OpenText, or Axway.\nExposure to retail, manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain domains.\nExperience using AI tools to improve documentation or delivery efficiency\nCleo is an equal opportunity employer.
