Promotes proper engineering discipline and drives momentum within the project team. Consults with other teams on topics related to areas of expertise.\nWhat You'll Do\nHave an AI-first mindset using AI coding assistants to generate code while retaining comprehension of generated code.\nUse AI across the spectrum of designing, building, testing, and supporting software products.\nCan build AI and Agentic based capabilities using stacks like AWS Bedrock, LangGraph, Strands, Mastra etc.\nDesigns and implements the most complex changes across multiple platform components based on requirements.\nDefines Software components or Solution architecture patterns.\nMakes decisions related to design approaches, interoperability and integration.\nConsults with other project teams and product management in areas of expertise.\nEvaluates and recommends external technologies for inclusion in products.\nReports progress and risks to management.\nAlerts management of risks due to customer concerns, personnel difficulties and/or product problems (quality/delivery).\nMay become a reference on specific technical subjects.\nMentors and transfers knowledge to less experienced team members, perhaps in different locations.\nWhat You Bring\nRequired\nBachelor’s Degree (and/or Post Graduate Degree) in computer science, software engineering or related field.\n10+ years in software development.\nHands-on experience working with technologies and languages like Java, Node, Typescript, Angular,and SQL.\nPreferred\nExperience in any of the cloud technologies like AWS, Azure, GCP (Preferably AWS).\nBehavior Competencies\nInitiative & Innovation - Ability to be proactive and develop new ideas\nLevel 3: Creativity- Analyzes anomalies and develops appropriate solutions.
