Cleo Never Stops.\nThe Opportunity\nManage end to end implementation and projects for Cleo's B2B integration, EDI & Supply Chain Solutions.\nOn-time delivery & Budget adherence\nCustomer satisfaction (CSAT)\nProject profitability\nWhat You'll Do\nPlan and execute customer implementation projects.\nCreate project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.\nConduct project kickoffs and status meetings.\nManage risks, issues, and change requests.\nCoordinate with technical consultants, developers, and customer teams.\nTrack project progress and provide regular updates.\nEnsure customer satisfaction and successful go-live.\nMaintain project documentation and governance artifacts.\nWhat You Bring\nRequired\nGraduate (B.E./B.Tech)\n6-9 years of Project Management experience.\nExperience with SaaS implementation projects.\nKnowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.\nStrong stakeholder communication skills.\nFamiliarity with EDI, MFT, API integrations, or Supply Chain solutions.\nPreferred\nMBA will be an added advantage\nPMP/PRINCE2 certification preferred.\nBehavior Competencies\nInitiative & Innovation- Ability to be proactive and develop new ideas\nLevel 2: Initiative - Takes initiatives within their area of responsibility to accelerate finding solutions.
