You will be joining an engineering culture that treats test automation as first-class software development. This is a launchpad role designed to accelerate your technical skills and build a rock-solid foundation in modern engineering practices.\nWhat You'll Do\nWrite, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for web, mobile, or backend applications under the guidance of senior engineers.\nExecute basic performance and load test scripts to identify bottlenecks, resource leaks, and application response times.\nIdentify, reproduce, document, and track software defects using issue-tracking tools (e.g., Jira).\nWork closely with developers, product managers, and manual QA testers to understand feature requirements and define acceptance criteria.\nRun regression, integration, and system tests during deployment cycles and analyze the results.\nParticipate in peer code reviews for test scripts to ensure coding standards and best practices are met.\nLeverage AI coding assistants to accelerate test creation, generate mock data, and troubleshoot failing tests.\nWhat You Bring\nRequired\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent bootcamp/hands-on experience).\nPreferred\nExposure to cloud technologies like Azure, AWS etc.\nStrong fundamental programming skills in at least one core language, such as Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or C#.\nHands-on experience with Git (branching, merging, pull requests).\nBehavior Competencies\nInitiative & Innovation- Ability to be proactive and develop new ideas\nLevel 2: Initiative - Takes initiatives within their area of responsibility to accelerate finding solutions.
