Cleo Never Stops.\nThe Opportunity\nDevelops and/or maintains one or more parts of Cleo software by providing ongoing maintenance, support, and enhancements while in compliance with specifications, time constraints, and quality expectations using appropriate languages and tools.\nWhat You'll Do\nHave an AI-first mindset, using AI coding assistants to generate code while retaining comprehension of the generated code.\nDesign and develop software solutions based on defined functional and technical requirements.\nWrite high quality code using languages and technologies such as Java, TypeScript, SQL, Angular, and others as needed.\nPerform systematic unit testing, debugging, and validation to ensure software quality and reliability.\nAnalyze, troubleshoot, and correct assigned defects throughout the development lifecycle.\nCollaborate with cross functional teams to identify, resolve, and prevent software issues.\nPrepare and maintain technical documentation for all developed software.\nMaintain, enhance, and upgrade existing applications to ensure performance, stability, and relevance.\nStay current with emerging technologies, tools, and industry best practices in software engineering.\nWhat You Bring\nRequired\nBachelor’s Degree (and/or Post Graduate Degree) in computer science, software engineering or a related field.\n Hands-on experience working with technologies and languages like Java, Node, Typescript, Angular, and SQL.\nPreferred\nExperience in any of the cloud technologies like AWS, Azure, GCP (Preferably AWS).\nBehavior Competencies\nInitiative & Innovation- Ability to be proactive and develop new ideas\nLevel 2: Initiative - Takes initiatives within their area of responsibility to accelerate finding solutions.
