Cleo Never Stops.\nThe Opportunity\nOwn solution architecture for enterprise EDI and integration projects.\nTranslate customer requirements into scalable, secure integration designs.\nLead technical delivery, mentor teams, and drive best practices.\nWhat You'll Do\nDesign scalable EDI, API, and hybrid integration solutions.\nLead discovery workshops and define technical architecture.\nBuild and optimize integrations, mappings, APIs, and business processes.\nConfigure communication protocols (AS2, SFTP, VAN, APIs) and security.\nOwn technical delivery, UAT, issue resolution, and customer engagement.\nMentor junior team members and promote engineering best practices.\nWhat You Bring\nRequired\nB.E./B.Tech with strong EDI and integration architecture experience.\nExpertise in ANSI X12, EDIFACT, XML, AS2, SFTP, VAN, HTTP/S.\nExperience with ERP integrations (SAP or similar), REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware.\nStrong data mapping, Java-based transformations, and business process configuration.\nKnowledge of OAuth, encryption, authentication, access control, and API security.\nExperience designing scalable, high-performance, cloud/hybrid integration solutions.\nPreferred\nExperience in retail, manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain domains.\nHands-on experience with Sterling, Gentran, OpenText, Axway, or similar B2B tools.\nCIC knowledge will be an added advantage.\nRelevant integration, cloud, or ERP certifications.\nBehavior Competencies\nInitiative & Innovation - Ability to be proactive and develop new ideas\nLevel 3: Creativity- Analyzes anomalies and develops appropriate solutions.
