About the Role
This is a founding Account Executive position at an early-stage AI startup operating in the HR technology space. You will own the full sales cycle from first outreach to close, working directly alongside the founding team to build the go-to-market foundation from the ground up. Your results will have a direct and visible impact on company revenue and growth trajectory.
What You'll Do
Own the end-to-end sales process including prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiation, and close.
Act as your own SDR by researching target accounts and executing outbound campaigns to build enterprise pipeline from scratch.
Manage complex, multi-stakeholder deals involving HR leaders, CFOs, and IT procurement teams.
Partner with founders to refine the ideal customer profile, sharpen messaging, and build out the foundational sales playbook.
Serve as the voice of the customer, translating pain points into actionable insights for Product and Engineering.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a proven track record closing complex enterprise deals.
Demonstrated success generating pipeline from scratch with a true hunter-and-closer mentality.
Experience managing multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles involving C-suite and procurement teams.
Comfort operating independently in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments without established infrastructure.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the grit to problem-solve on the fly.
Background selling into HR technology, Finance, AI, compensation, or closely adjacent enterprise software is a strong plus.
Experience building or contributing to sales playbooks and ICP frameworks is a plus.
Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary range: $60,000 to $140,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
