You will own the full sales cycle from first outreach to close, working directly alongside the founding team to build the go-to-market foundation from the ground up. Your results will have a direct and visible impact on company revenue and growth trajectory.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn the end-to-end sales process including prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiation, and close.\n\nAct as your own SDR by researching target accounts and executing outbound campaigns to build enterprise pipeline from scratch.\n\nManage complex, multi-stakeholder deals involving HR leaders, CFOs, and IT procurement teams.\n\nPartner with founders to refine the ideal customer profile, sharpen messaging, and build out the foundational sales playbook.\n\nServe as the voice of the customer, translating pain points into actionable insights for Product and Engineering.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a proven track record closing complex enterprise deals.\n\nDemonstrated success generating pipeline from scratch with a true hunter-and-closer mentality.\n\nExperience managing multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles involving C-suite and procurement teams.\n\nComfort operating independently in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments without established infrastructure.\n\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills with the grit to problem-solve on the fly.\n\nBackground selling into HR technology, Finance, AI, compensation, or closely adjacent enterprise software is a strong plus.\n\nExperience building or contributing to sales playbooks and ICP frameworks is a plus.\n\nAuthorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary range: $60,000 to $140,000 USD annually.
