You will own the full sales cycle and help refine the sales playbook as the business grows.\nWhat You'll Do\nManage opportunities from prospecting and discovery through tailored demos, negotiation, and close.\n\nBuild and develop a territory through named-account research, thoughtful outbound outreach, and industry engagement.\n\nSell to business and operations leaders by connecting guest communication needs to occupancy, reservation conversion, revenue, and support costs.\n\nCustomize product demonstrations around each operator's challenges and property management system.\n\nUse the established sales playbook, meet quota, and identify ways to improve the sales process.\n\nMaintain accurate pipeline and forecasts using Salesforce and modern sales sequencing tools.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nThree to five years of B2B sales experience, including at least three years in sales roles, with a record of closing deals and meeting or exceeding quota.\n\nExperience owning the end-to-end sales cycle and managing multi-stakeholder deals.\n\nPrior experience in management roles and a bachelor's degree.\n\nExperience in a Series B to Series C startup environment.\n\nProficiency with CRM and outbound sales tools, including Salesforce or comparable platforms.\n\nHospitality technology experience is preferred, including familiarity with property management systems, online travel agency distribution, reservations, occupancy, ADR, or RevPAR.\n\nExperience selling to financial services or lending organizations.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nOn-target earnings are $180,000 to $200,000 annually, including base salary and variable compensation.
