You will own full-cycle sales across the DACH market, helping German mid-market organizations improve how they manage contracts.\nWhat You'll Do\nBuild and manage a pipeline through outbound prospecting and account-based sales.\n\nRun sales cycles from initial outreach through discovery, negotiation, and signed contract.\n\nEngage decision-makers across business leadership, legal, procurement, and operations teams.\n\nDevelop relationships with mid-market accounts across Germany and the broader DACH region.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nThree to six years of B2B SaaS sales experience as an Account Executive or senior Sales Development Representative.\n\nDemonstrated full-cycle closing experience, including personally taking outbound opportunities through to contract.\n\nFluent German at native or C2 level, with experience selling in the DACH market.\n\nExperience selling to mid-market businesses, ideally to legal, procurement, or operations teams.\n\nOutbound or account-based sales experience; experience building sales development or outbound processes is a plus.\n\nLegal technology, contract management, early-stage startup, or German B2B SaaS scaleup experience is beneficial.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary is €80,000 to €82,000 annually, with OTE (on-target earnings, base plus variable) of €160,000. Equity is included.
