You will build new pipeline, close mid-market customers, and grow accounts in a market with significant opportunity for digitization.\nWhat You'll Do\nBuild and qualify pipeline through cold outreach, direct prospecting, trade shows, and industry events.\n\nManage the full sales cycle, from initial contact through senior-level negotiations and deal close.\n\nWin mid-market accounts with 100 to 2,000 employees, with typical deal sizes of €25,000 to €40,000.\n\nDevelop customer relationships after the initial sale and identify opportunities to retain, upsell, and cross-sell.\n\nPartner with business development, marketing, customer success, and product teams to advance opportunities.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nAt least 2 years of experience as an Account Executive in complex B2B SaaS, with a strong record of closing deals.\n\nExperience independently building pipeline through cold outreach and selling into traditional European industries such as manufacturing, logistics, construction, or trade.\n\nExperience closing deals in the €15,000 to €20,000 range and a track record of mid-market sales performance.\n\nFamiliarity with MEDDPICC or a comparable sales methodology.\n\nFluency in spoken and written German and English.\n\nA bachelor's degree or equivalent, and comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment.\n\nWillingness to travel for customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nOTE is €120,000 to €160,000, with uncapped upside. Visa sponsorship is not available.\nLocation\nOn-site in Munich, Bavaria, Germany.
