You will work with the sales development team and help scale the go-to-market motion by turning conversations with founders and hiring leaders into customers.\nWhat You'll Do\nLead discovery calls to understand hiring needs, urgency, and buying processes, then present relevant solutions.\n\nAdvance and close opportunities by addressing objections, negotiating terms, and securing signed agreements.\n\nMaintain accurate CRM records, follow up consistently, and coordinate clear handoffs to the delivery team.\n\nShare feedback with the sales development team on meeting quality and ways to improve outreach conversations.\n\nBring customer and founder feedback to the team to inform the pitch, pricing, and sales process.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nAt least 2 years of experience closing B2B deals as an Account Executive or in a similar full-cycle sales role.\n\nExperience selling to SMB or startup buyers and leading sales conversations with founders or hiring managers.\n\nSkill in discovery, objection handling, negotiation, and following through to close.\n\nConsistent CRM practices and reliable follow-through on sales commitments.\n\nExperience in recruiting, staffing, or HR services, startup environments, or AI-enabled sales workflows is helpful.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary range: $100,000 to $180,000 annually.
