Account executive, direct sales, HR technology, or enterprise deal experience is also beneficial.\n\nAuthorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary is $65,000 to $75,000 annually, with commission in a 50/50 base and variable structure and $140,000 OTE (on-target earnings, base plus variable).
