You will own the sales process from prospecting through signed agreement, working with decision-makers across the DACH market.\nWhat You'll Do\nBuild and manage a pipeline through outbound prospecting and account-based sales.\n\nLead full-cycle sales conversations, from discovery and qualification to negotiation and closing.\n\nDevelop relationships with Mittelstand decision-makers, including leaders in legal, procurement, and operations.\n\nBuild and strengthen your network across the DACH market.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nThree to six years of B2B SaaS sales experience at the Account Executive or senior Sales Development Representative level.\n\nDemonstrated full-cycle closing experience, including outbound prospecting and personally owning deals through contract signature.\n\nExperience running outbound or account-based sales motions in the DACH market and selling to Mittelstand accounts.\n\nFluent German at native or C2 level.\n\nExperience selling to legal, procurement, or operations teams is valuable, as is knowledge of legal technology or contract management.\n\nExperience at a German B2B SaaS scaleup, building outbound processes, or working in an early-stage startup is a plus.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary: €80,000 to €82,000 annually. On-target earnings (OTE, base plus variable): €160,000. Equity is included.
