You will partner with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to increase product adoption, identify expansion opportunities, and support long-term customer value.\nWhat You'll Do\nManage customer accounts throughout their lifecycle and serve as their primary point of contact.\n\nRun regular account reviews, discovery conversations, and product demonstrations to identify customer needs and expansion opportunities.\n\nAnalyze usage and explain how AI can automate processes and deliver measurable impact.\n\nOwn renewals and expansion revenue, including upgrades and add-ons, against monthly and quarterly targets.\n\nSupport onboarding and ongoing adoption to strengthen retention and customer outcomes.\n\nMaintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and pipeline, and share structured customer feedback with internal teams.\n\nCoordinate account plans and handovers with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing.\n\nHelp develop account management and expansion practices as the business grows.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nAt least one year of experience in B2B SaaS sales, account management, or customer success.\n\nExperience driving upsells, renewals, or expansion revenue within existing accounts.\n\nStrong product and technical understanding, with an interest in AI and machine learning.\n\nNative-level German fluency for customer calls, reviews, and demonstrations.\n\nA structured, customer-focused approach and a sense of ownership; startup or scale-up experience is a plus.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nOn-target earnings are €65,000 to €95,000, including fixed salary and uncapped commission.
