Working across customer success, product, and marketing, you will help customers adopt the product, realize measurable value, and expand their use over time.\nWhat You'll Do\nAct as the primary contact for assigned customers throughout the customer lifecycle.\n\nIdentify opportunities to expand customer use cases and improve the value they receive from AI-powered phone automation.\n\nLead account reviews, discovery conversations, upsells, and renewal discussions.\n\nAnalyze product usage and demonstrate measurable customer impact.\n\nOwn expansion revenue across upgrades, add-ons, and renewals against monthly and quarterly targets.\n\nSupport onboarding and ongoing adoption to strengthen retention.\n\nShare structured customer and market feedback with product and go-to-market teams.\n\nMaintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and pipeline, and coordinate account plans across teams.\n\nHelp develop the account management and expansion approach as the business grows.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nAt least one year of experience in B2B SaaS sales, account management, or customer success.\n\nExperience driving upsells, renewals, or expansion revenue within existing accounts.\n\nStrong product and technical understanding, with an interest in AI and machine learning.\n\nNative-level German proficiency for customer calls, reviews, and demonstrations.\n\nA structured, customer-focused approach and a strong sense of ownership.\n\nStartup or scale-up experience is a plus.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nOTE is €65,000 to €95,000, consisting of fixed salary plus uncapped commission, depending on experience.
