You will lead core accounting activities and strengthen controls across eCommerce, inventory, and healthcare-related operations.\nWhat You'll Do\nLead the month-end close, including reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting.\n\nOversee revenue recognition, inventory, intercompany activity, payroll, accounts payable and receivable, and fixed assets.\n\nReview financial statements and internal reporting packages, and analyze balance sheet and P&L fluctuations to share useful business insights.\n\nManage cash flow forecasting, banking relationships, and liquidity planning.\n\nPartner with Supply Chain to improve inventory controls, reporting, forecasting, cycle counts, and inventory turns.\n\nDevelop accounting policies and documentation, and improve processes through automation.\n\nManage and develop staff accountants, support external audits, and collaborate across teams to improve accountability and efficiency.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nBachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, with strong U.S. GAAP and technical accounting knowledge.\n\nAt least 5 years of accounting experience, including public accounting, and 2 to 3 years in an accounting manager role.\n\nStrong Excel skills and experience with ERP systems for financial analysis and reporting.\n\nExperience managing complex accounting operations in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and translating financial data into business insights.\n\nExperience in eCommerce, healthcare, telemedicine, or inventory-based businesses is preferred; CPA certification is also preferred.\n\nClear communication, cross-functional collaboration, and people management skills.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nAnnual salary range: $90,000 to $110,000 USD.
