You will help maintain accurate, scalable financial operations across eCommerce, inventory, and healthcare-related activities while strengthening controls and supporting business growth.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn the month-end close, including reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting.\n\nOversee revenue recognition, inventory, intercompany accounting, payroll, accounts payable and receivable, and fixed assets.\n\nReview financial statements and internal reporting packages, and analyze balance sheet and P&L fluctuations to provide business insights.\n\nManage cash flow forecasting, banking relationships, and liquidity activities.\n\nPartner with Supply Chain on inventory controls, reporting, forecasting, cycle counts, and inventory turns.\n\nDevelop accounting policies, procedures, and documentation, and implement process improvements and automation.\n\nManage and develop staff accountants, support external audits and public reporting readiness, and collaborate across teams.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nBachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, with 5 or more years of accounting experience, including public accounting, and 2 to 3 years in an accounting manager role.\n\nStrong U.S. GAAP and technical accounting knowledge; CPA certification is preferred.\n\nExperience with ERP systems and strong Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting.\n\nExperience managing complex accounting operations in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.\n\nAbility to interpret balance sheet and P&L fluctuations and translate financial data into clear business insights.\n\neCommerce, healthcare, telemedicine, or inventory-based business experience is preferred.\n\nStrong communication, collaboration, and people management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.\n\nCompensation & Benefits\nBase salary: $90,000 to $110,000 annually.
