You will own the full journey from signed contract to confirmed first value, bridging sales, engineering, and customers while building the processes and playbooks that allow the company to scale without founders in every loop.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn deployments end-to-end: plan timelines, align stakeholders, orchestrate go-lives, and shield engineers from onboarding overhead.\n\nConfigure and tune AI agents to each customer's procure-to-pay reality, testing against real cases until they perform reliably in production.\n\nTranslate customer requirements into clear integration specs for engineering (ERP, DMS, email infrastructure) and flag risks early.\n\nRun key user trainings and manage change so customers see tangible value from day one.\n\nBuild support infrastructure from scratch, including ticketing, escalation paths, and partner frameworks, and handle live issues yourself.\n\nEngage customer IT departments during sales cycles in German, answering security and compliance questions with technical credibility.\n\nCapture recurring challenges, edge cases, and field feedback and feed them back to product and engineering weekly.\n\nRun each onboarding as a structured project, balancing parallel deployments, shifting priorities, and competing stakeholders.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n2 to 3 years in consulting or structured implementation roles delivering complex projects with senior client stakeholders.\n\nHands-on experience configuring, deploying, and tuning AI agents or autonomous systems in production environments.\n\nNative German proficiency and strong professional English (C1+), with the ability to lead technical discussions with enterprise IT and procurement leadership.\n\nExperience mapping enterprise business processes (procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, or similar) to system workflows and integration requirements.\n\nTechnical depth in ERP systems, data integration, and enterprise IT infrastructure sufficient to translate customer requirements into engineering specs.\n\nDemonstrated ability to manage end-to-end project delivery: planning, timeline management, stakeholder coordination, and go-live execution.\n\nTrack record of building operational processes, playbooks, and support infrastructure from scratch in early-stage or scaling environments.\n\nDaily hands-on experience with AI tools and a practical understanding of what agents can and cannot do.\n\nBackground in supply chain, procurement, or industrial operations is a plus.\n\nLocation\nOn-site in Berlin, Germany.
