You will sit at the intersection of customer success, technical integration, and product feedback, and the playbooks you build now will become the foundation for onboarding hundreds of customers as the team grows.\nWhat You'll Do\nLead end-to-end deployments for enterprise customers, managing kickoff, go-live, hypercare, and large-scale rollout phases.\n\nMap customer workflows and configure AI agents by working directly with stakeholders across operations, IT, and business teams.\n\nTroubleshoot technical issues and coordinate system integrations in close partnership with engineering and product.\n\nFeed customer insights back to the product team to inform roadmap decisions and continuous improvements.\n\nBuild repeatable deployment playbooks, templates, and best practices that compress time-to-value and enable team scaling.\n\nDrive change management and operator training to turn skeptical users into confident AI champions.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n2+ years of experience in implementation, deployment, or technical project management, ideally with enterprise software or AI products in B2B environments.\n\nDemonstrated ability to manage end-to-end enterprise software deployment lifecycles, including technical troubleshooting and stakeholder coordination.\n\nSolid understanding of enterprise software architecture, including APIs, databases, and system integrations.\n\nProven ability to navigate complex organizations, build trust across diverse stakeholders, and drive consensus across operations, IT, and business teams.\n\nStrong project management and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.\n\nExperience creating documentation, playbooks, or training materials for enterprise rollouts.\n\nFluency in English; German language proficiency is a strong plus.\n\nA background that covers at least two of: technical reasoning about systems, integrations, and AI agent behavior; freight, supply chain, or operations-heavy experience; or structured consulting experience.\n\nFamiliarity with AI agents, LLMs, or hands-on software development is a bonus.\n\nLocal work authorization in Germany is required; visa sponsorship is not available.\n\nLocation\nHybrid, based in Berlin, Germany.
