You will work across customer operations, IT, product, and engineering to make implementations successful and build repeatable processes that support growth.\nWhat You'll Do\nLead customer kickoffs, deployment planning, go-live, hypercare, and larger-scale rollouts.\n\nMap operational workflows and configure AI agents with stakeholders across business, operations, and IT teams.\n\nTroubleshoot technical issues and coordinate integrations with engineering and product partners.\n\nShare customer feedback and insights to help inform product improvements and roadmap decisions.\n\nCreate deployment playbooks, templates, and best practices that improve time to value and support team growth.\n\nGuide change management and operator training to help users adopt new workflows.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nAt least 2 years of experience in implementation, deployment, or technical project management, including end-to-end enterprise software rollouts in B2B environments.\n\nStrong understanding of enterprise software architecture, including APIs, databases, system integrations, and technical troubleshooting.\n\nExperience planning and coordinating projects across multiple stakeholders, delivering on schedule, and building trust across complex organizations.\n\nExperience in at least two of these areas: systems and integrations or AI agent behavior, freight, supply chain, or operations-heavy work, and structured problem-solving in consulting or a comparable environment.\n\nFluent English and proficient German. Experience with AI agents, large language models, software development, logistics, or change management is valuable.\n\nMust have local work authorization.
